Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Fort Lauderdale Team Behind Kestrel Air Duct Fort Lauderdale
When you book with Kestrel Air Duct Fort Lauderdale, the person who shows up at your door isn’t a random subcontractor dispatched from a call center three states away. You get a named technician from our own crew, someone who’s worked in South Florida homes for years and knows what salt air and humidity do to ductwork. Every member of our Fort Lauderdale team wears a uniform, passes a background check, and works to a written standard called The Kingswell Way, the same code Dale Whitmore has applied to every job since 2004. The toolboxes change, the houses don’t. Cleaner air, from the vents back.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been running duct cleaning crews in Broward County for eleven years, eight of them with Kestrel. He’s Rotobrush-certified and handles the hardest jobs we get: return plenums packed with decades of construction debris, flex runs collapsed in hot attics, systems in older Fort Lauderdale homes where the original ductwork predates the current building codes. He’s the guy we send when another company walked away from a job. Off the clock, Marcus rebuilds outboard motors in his garage and will talk your ear off about carburetors if you let him. On the clock, he’s all business: written price first, clean drop cloths down, no surprises.
Rosa M. – Senior Installer and Dryer Vent Specialist
Rosa came to us six years ago after a decade doing residential HVAC installation across South Florida, and she’s the reason our dryer vent cleaning actually fixes the problem instead of just pushing lint around. She’s trained on Nikro negative-pressure units and handles the lint trap bypass work that shorter vent runs in Fort Lauderdale condos and older single-family homes so often need. When a dryer vent exits through a roof cap instead of a wall, Rosa’s the one who climbs up and clears it properly. She keeps a logbook of every vent she’s cleaned, with before and after airflow readings. Ask her about the time she found a bird’s nest inside a dryer vent in Victoria Park. Actually, ask her after the job. She’s got a three-bird story and it’s better told with the work done.
Luis G. – Service Coordinator
Luis is the voice on the phone when you call (754) 354-9798 at seven in the morning or eleven at night. He’s been answering for Kestrel Air Duct Fort Lauderdale since 2019 and knows our schedule, our technicians, and our equipment as well as anyone in the field. Luis handles scheduling, confirms arrival windows the day before each job, and makes sure every customer gets their written price in hand before a single vent is touched. He’s the reason our arrival windows mean something. Before joining Kestrel, Luis ran logistics for a medical supply company, which is a polite way of saying he doesn’t miss details. He also makes a surprisingly good cafecito, but that’s strictly a shop thing.
Anthony D. – Apprentice Technician
Anthony joined us two years ago as our first apprentice under a structured training path, and he now rides with Marcus on most residential jobs. He handles the Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration setup, seals off work areas, and runs the brush agitation passes with the Rotobrush system under supervision. Anthony grew up in Fort Lauderdale and worked construction before coming to us, so he knows his way around attics and crawlspaces without needing a map. He’s currently studying for his own Rotobrush certification and already runs solo on straightforward dryer vent cleanings. If you see a younger guy on the crew laying out drop cloths with unusual precision, that’s Anthony. He says a clean worksite is half the job. We agree, so we wrote it into The Kingswell Way.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Kestrel Air Duct Fort Lauderdale technician works under the same four written promises: a price in your hand before work begins, an arrival window we actually keep, a job site left cleaner than we found it, and a guarantee on the work itself. That guarantee has teeth. If something falls short within 365 days, we return and make it right at no charge. It’s written on every job because Dale Whitmore doesn’t believe in verbal assurances that evaporate the moment the van pulls away. The Kingswell Guarantee has been the same since 2004, and our Fort Lauderdale crew treats it like what it is: a contract, not a slogan. Marcus, Rosa, Luis, and Anthony all know the standard. They’re the ones who signed on to keep it.
